Know what to check before your companion arrives.
Biblopal physical companions are in Early Access preorder. Model-specific manuals and final setup instructions are being prepared. This page explains the topics to check; it is not a final operating manual.
Choose the right model
A1 and B1 include AI conversation. A2 and B2 are Bible reading and breathing-light companions without AI conversation. Confirm a required feature before placing a preorder.
Setup & connections
Account, network and activation requirements for the final AI companions will be published with their setup instructions. Trying Bible Chat on the web does not verify a physical product's final behavior.
Charging & battery
Follow the charging specifications and battery warnings supplied with your exact model. Charging time, runtime and approved power requirements have not yet been finalized here.
Cleaning
Follow the final model-specific cleaning instructions. Do not assume that a plush companion with electronics is washable or that its electronics can be removed.
Children & supervision
Review the final recommended age, small-parts warnings and setup requirements with a parent or caregiver. Current preorder pages do not confirm completed child-safety certification or available parental controls.
Help with your order
Keep your order confirmation email. For progress, changes or cancellation before shipment, email info@biblopal.ai with your order number.
Estimated shipment: December 1, 2026. We will notify you when your order is ready. AI Cross Light is prepaid in full at $99, with no remaining product balance. For A1, A2, B1 and B2 deposit preorders, we will provide instructions to pay the remaining balance before shipment. Cancel before shipment for a full refund of your preorder payment.
