Preorders: cancellation before shipment

AI Cross Light is prepaid in full at the US $99 early-bird price (regular price US $129), with no remaining product balance. Cancel before shipment for a full refund of your US $99 payment. A1, A2, B1 and B2 use a US $10 deposit credited toward the product price; cancel before shipment for a full refund of the deposit. Email info@biblopal.ai with your order number. For deposit preorders, we will notify you when your order is ready to ship and provide instructions to pay the remaining balance. Estimated shipment date for all models: December 1, 2026.

Returns after delivery

After delivery, you may return an eligible Biblopal product within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition with all included parts and packaging. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@biblopal.ai promptly so we can make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
