Shipping Policy

Biblopal currently offers preorders within the United States. Eligible preorder purchases include free shipping.

Preorder items are expected to begin shipping on or about December 1, 2026. Once an order ships, delivery is typically estimated within 14 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

We will send an order confirmation and, when available, shipping tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

AI Cross Light requires full payment of the US $99 early-bird price at preorder, with no remaining product balance. A1, A2, B1 and B2 require a US $10 deposit per item, credited toward the full product price; we will email you when your order is ready to ship with instructions to pay the remaining balance. Products ship after full payment. If the estimated shipping schedule changes, we will notify you by email. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund of your preorder payment, including the full US $99 paid for AI Cross Light.
